TREATMENT PLAN

For optimal results, treatments are recommended every 1.5 to 2 months. The number of sessions will be personalized based on your skin's needs. Maintenance treatments are essential to sustain long-term results.

RECOVERY TIME

The downtime depends on the specific treatments involved. Some clients may experience minimal downtime of 3-7 days, while others might need a slightly longer recovery period.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Each session consists of:

  • Deep detox cleanse
  • Extractions
  • Custom mask or peel
  • Aftercare application
  • LED therapy

Additional modalities may be added at no extra cost tailored to your specific skin concerns.

HOW COMFORTABLE IS THIS TREATMENT?

The treatment is generally well-tolerated. Some clients may experience mild discomfort during extractions or laser therapy, but your clinician will work to ensure your comfort throughout the session.

ANY RISKS?

  • Temporary redness and swelling can occur but typically resolve within a few days.
  • Slight tenderness or mild flaking of the skin may occur post-treatment.

PRE-TREATMENT GUIDELINES

  • Avoid tanning and sun exposure for at least two weeks before the treatment.
  • Discontinue the use of any active skincare ingredients (e.g., Retin-A, retinoids, exfoliants) one week prior.
  • Refrain from using self-tanning products for at least two weeks before the session.

POST-TREATMENT AFTERCARE

  1. Cleanse Gently: Use a mild, non-irritating cleanser to gently wash your face. Avoid scrubbing or using exfoliants for at least 5-7 days to allow your skin to heal.

  2. Avoid Active Ingredients: For the first 7-10 days, do not use any active skincare ingredients like Retin-A, retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or any other chemical exfoliants that can irritate the skin.

  3. Moisturize Regularly: Keep your skin hydrated by applying a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer containing soothing ingredients like hyaluronic acid or ceramides. This helps support skin healing and prevents dryness.

  4. Sun Protection: Daily use of a broad-spectrum SPF 30 (or higher) is critical. Reapply every 2 hours if you are exposed to the sun. Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning beds for at least two weeks as your skin will be more sensitive.

  5. Avoid Heat and Sweating: Steer clear of hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive sweating (such as during workouts) for at least 48-72 hours, as heat can irritate the treated skin.

  6. No Makeup for 24 Hours: Refrain from applying makeup for the first 24 hours post-treatment to allow your skin to recover fully without obstruction.

  7. Hydrate and Stay Healthy: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and support your skin’s healing process from the inside out.

  8. Avoid Touching or Picking at the Skin: If you experience mild flaking or peeling, resist the urge to pick at or scratch your skin. Allow the flakes to shed naturally.

  9. Reintroduce Skincare Gradually: After 7-10 days, you can slowly reintroduce your regular skincare products, starting with gentler options. You may incorporate active ingredients back into your routine under your clinician’s guidance.

  10. Monitor Your Skin: Keep an eye on any reactions post-treatment. Mild breakouts or a purge are normal, but if redness, irritation, or swelling persists, contact your clinician for advice.
