RECOVERY TIME

PRE-TREATMENT GUIDELINES

1. Avoid Sun Exposure: Refrain from sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products for at least two weeks prior to treatment.

2. Discontinue Irritating Products: Stop using retinoids, exfoliants, and harsh skincare products at least 5-7 days before treatment to avoid skin irritation.

3. Arrive Makeup-Free: On the day of your appointment, ensure your skin is clean and free from makeup or other products.

4. Consultation: Discuss any medical conditions, medications, or concerns with your practitioner during your consultation to ensure the treatment is safe and effective for you.

POST-TREATMENT AFTERCARE

1. Apply Sunscreen: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily to protect your skin and prevent hyperpigmentation after the treatment.

2. Moisturize: Keep your skin hydrated with a gentle moisturizer to soothe the skin and support healing.

3. Avoid Exfoliants: Refrain from using retinoids, acids, or other exfoliants for at least 7 days post-treatment to avoid irritation.

4. Avoid Heat Exposure: Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and intense physical activity for 48 hours after the treatment to reduce the risk of inflammation.

5. Avoid Sun Exposure: Protect your skin from direct sun exposure for at least 2 weeks post-treatment to avoid complications and maintain results.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
